Since you used a reg cleaner my suggestion is to uninstall the reg cleaner
and do a system restore if you have a date prior to running the reg cleaner.
As a last resort a system repair. Never use a reg cleaner.

So if you do a REPAIR INSTALLATION, you will still have ALL of your programs
and settings when you reboot?

Warning! #1
Should you do a repair install and is it the best choice?
A Repair Install is not foolproof and should not be considered the cure-all
fix for non-boot situations.
The below procedure applies only if you can still boot into Windows.

To prevent loss of data and/or program settings, perform the following
before the Repair Install.
