Help and Support Centre error

When I try to access 'ask a friend to help' or 'get help from microsoft' in
the help and support centre in Win XP Pro SP2 I get the error message 'Cannot
display the page'. This problem only seems to affect the two areas I
mentioned and everything else in Help works fine. I can access all Microsoft
pages when I use IE.
Hope someone can shed some light on this problem.

Try creating a new user,restart computer,open in new,run help/support,if all
works as it should,the other account is corupted,delete it.Not sure why,but
help/
support is the first to go...

Thanks for your help Andrew' unfortunatly the new user I created couldn't
access remote assistance or microsoft help either so don't think corrupt user
account is the problem

Thanks for your help but the values for the keys suggested was already 0 so
dosen't appear to be the problem
