Problem with windows Xp help and support

I get the following error message when trying to start help and support
in my copy of Windows XP professional

Windows cannot open help and support because a system service is not
running. To fix this problem start the service named 'Help and
Support'


What do i need to do to start this and remove this error.

In control panel administrative tools---services--did you set help and
support to automatic?
