Problem with Web Browsers

R

Roger

Hello. I hope someone can help me with this. When I go on
line with my ISP I can download mail with Juno but if I
try to go to a web page with Internet Explorer or Netscape
it will not go to a site. I have noticed at the bottom of
the page in the status bar that it says "Download from
site: res://C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm".
Sometimes I also get a message that says "Internet
Explorer could not open the search page.

If anyone could please help me out with this problem I
would thank you.

Thanks,
Roger

Configuration problems with your ISP connection. Your ISP needs to provide
you with working DNS servers IP addresses so that you can enter a web site
as www.xxx.??? instead of 192.192.192.x. If the IP addresses are incorrect
or that the DNS servers are not working, you will get the "dnserror.htm"
screen.

I think you have to use Juno's web browser with their Internet service,
but you should confirm that with their tech support or look on their
website for a FAQ.
