I'm trying to log on to internet explorer, but i get
this page is not available.
In the dialog box i get this message.
res ;//c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm
can anyone help please.

How are you connecting to the Internet? Dialup, dsl, cable? Who is your
ISP? Have you called their tech support?
