Print spooler problems for XP

I,m having print spooler problems and need some help. I
have a cannon Multipass 555 and had it installed on my
system and it worked fine until it stopped working and
now it says print spooler is missing. Can anyone help?

go to cannon.com and see if there is a driver update for

your printer. if there is , install it it should fix the
problem. i had the same problem with the epson960. i went
to epson.com and looked for a download for a driver for
xp. i hope this helps.
