print spooler problem

Hi. I have a LAN with ~ 100 worstations. i've installed recently SP3 on XP
professional and the i receive problems with HP LJ 1020 printers. Actualy,
the print spooler service doesn't work well. Yhe HP 1020 printers are shared
on the network and when i want to print from a remote computer, the job
appears but remains in "printing" fase. howeever, if i restart the print
spooler service on o machine which has the computer localy attached, the
printer prints the job. Localy, all the print jobs are accomplished well.
Before the SP3, when i had sp2, everything was going well...
