Print jobs could not be deleted by Windows

Hi, my comptuer running with xp pro w. SP3. My network has several network
attached HP printers. Recently, whenever I printed anything from those
printers, the next time I startup or restart my computer, all completed print
jobs will be started again. to avoid this, I had to go to the print queue and
manually delete the print jobs I submitted. I tried to restart the print
spooler service and reinstall the printer drivers and none of them could
sovle the problem. Hope someone can help me!

Uncheck Bidirectional on the ports tab of the printer properties.
