Print jobs remain in queue

F

Fran Varona

Hello from Spain.

I have a LJ2100TN connected to my W2K network. When I send a print job, the
printer prints it ok but the job remains in the queue, with "Printed" state.
So, when the computer restarts, the printer begins to print all the jobs of
the day before.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I am having the same problem with a HP1200 connected via
USB. I am running Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4. None
of the folders or files involved are marked as read-only,
and the user printing the jobs is a member of the local
administrator's group and the domain administrator's
group, with the appropriate permissions within the printer
security. Any help would be appreciated.
