Print jobs remain in queue

On some of our PCs, their print jobs remain in the queue,
and although they show a status of "Printed", all jobs in
the queue will print again when the computer is restarted.

If this is an HP LaserJet using HP drivers, turn off Bidirectional in the
Print / Properties / Ports tab. I spoke with HP a couple weeks ago and they
said they would have the fixed drivers on their website in January.
