Please Help, problems with hotmail and other secure sites

I dont know what is worng. I tried everything suggested here by other users, also as a last resort i did system restore, and still the problem is there. When i go to hotmail and sign in, it takes me to a page and tells me to retype my password. I can get into MSN messenger. Also, other sites that have sign-in name and password, the same thing happens. Please help. I have Windows XP Home Edition

Check that your browser is not blocking cookies. Go to TOOLS-INTERNET
OPTIONS click the privacy tab and change the setting to medium high and see
if that helps. Let me know how you go.

No worries Siro. The whole reason I knew is because I deliberately block
cookies and find that I have to change the settings to log into certain
things. Glad I could help mate. Take care.
