Hi,
What Anti-Virus and Anti-spyware applications are you using?.
Try this:
Click Start >> Click Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE Properties windows click on Advanced Tab and be sure these Check
Boxes under Secuirty Option are checked and if they are checked, uncheck them
then turn OFF your computer and give Fiva then Start it and Go and Check them
again:
[&] HTTP 1.1 Settings
[ ] Use HTTP 1.1
[&] Security
[ ] Use SSL 2.0
[ ] Use SSL 3.0
[ ] Use TLS 1.0
Click [OK] and close the IE window and Reboot or Turn OFF then Start after a
while and see if the Issue resolved.

In some cases if you delete the Index.dat that can resolve the problem.
To delete the index.dat file open windows explorer and click on your C:\ to
get this path:
C:\Windws\Temporary Internet files ( or Temp\Temporary Internet Files=) =
look in the Right pane/wndw and you will see index.dat delete.
the same with History and cookies delete the index.dat in the Right pane and
Reboot your machine windows will recreate a new index.dat for you.
HTH.
Let us know your findings.
Regards,
nass
