ie problem

i cannot get explorer or any browser to open anything from yahoo. it will not
open the site or messenger. it opens all other sites, its just yahoo. I have
tried system restore, i have disabled any firewall , this started all of a
sudden, i shut down friday night and it was fine, i turned it on sat night
and this problem was there. any help would be much appreciated.

If the problem doesn't fix itself, here's one thing to check...

Use Windows search --- for a file named HOSTS (no extension). If found,
rename it to HOSTS.OLD. Ignore HOSTS files that have an extension.
