browser problem

i cant access any web pages that need authentications. i mean i cant log into
my email accounts. not even the pages load. (hotmail, yahoomail, hi5,
facebook...). i tryed from mozilla firefox and internet explorer, but no
kelp. so i re-installed both of them... still i cannot access! i can only
access the internet in a proper way from messengers and players. the browsers
only let me access pages like this! and i cant even serch through serch
engines (google, yahoo, msn) . someone PLEASE HELP! THIS IS DRIVING ME
NUTTS!!!

Probably the easiest first try to fix it is the "Reset" button.
IE, Tools menu, Options, Advanced tab, see reset button.
