SSL not working

at least i think it's called SSL. Well I can't log into MSN or Yahoo sites. Even hotmail and Messengers, also any LiveJornals and some forums. It's a real problem. Please help me solve it!! I really want to cheak my emails!!! I havn't for over a week now.
