XP guest account and SSL

I've done a guest account, but for some reason SSL (MSN/Hotmail) doesn't
work from it.
If I log in with an admin account, there is no problems connecting to
MSN/Hotmail/using SSL.

When trying to login to check my e-mails on Hotmail, it's saying that the
page could not be found.

Anyone have ideas on what I should do to make it work?
