Outlook Vs Hotmail

have a computer running Win XP Pro SP 2 and office 2003. 3 people have a
account on this computer and I'm the only one who gets the following error
when trying to access my hotmail account.

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Authorization Required', Port: 0, Secure(SSL):
No, Error Number: 0x800CCC32

It was working fine until a few days ago, also if I create the email account
in the Administrator log in it works fine. have tried the detect and repair
function but this made no difference... any ideas?

)

Are you trying to access your account through the web browser or Outlook
client?

If you are trying to setup hotmail access in Outlook, its now a
subscription.
(Michael Stevens, please don't bash me, I'm only making a suggestion)

In terms of the web browser, only suggestion here is to clear your history
and empty you temporary internet files and try again.

MSN Hotmail no longer supports Distributed Authoring and Versioning (DAV)
for free user accounts. Outlook Express uses the DAV interface to connect to Hotmail.
Only "paid Hotmail accounts" will work correctly with Outlook Express. If you configured
Outlook Express or Outlook to access your Hotmail account before DAV support was ended,
you may still be able to use Outlook Express to open a free Hotmail account. However,
eventually Hotmail will no longer support DAV for all free Hotmail accounts.

You receive an error message when you use Outlook Express to access your Hotmail account

When I set up the account I just select HTTP mail server and fill in the
details, I tried to delete and recreate the account in my log in but it made
no difference?
