I could send messages using my outlook express and Uploading my hotmail
account and it say's Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.

If you are talking about having problems getting your email from Hotmail
it is probably because you can no longer do this with the free Hotmail
account. If you want to get Hotmail messages from within OE, you have
to pay Hotmail now. Go to their website for an explanation.
