This isn't an Outlook issue (you've posted to an Outlook help group), or
even an Outlook Express issue (there are OE help groups; alas, "Outlook" is
not shorthand for "Outlook Express", but a completely different
application). It is really a Hotmail issue. Lately, advice is to ask the
Hotmail questions in the Internet Mail group. Used to be the MSN Discussions
group.

Internet Mail on the web:

<http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internet.mail>

MSN Discussion on the web:

<http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...fault.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.msn.discussion>

Using a news reader is a superior method of access:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internet.mail
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
