And that would be for WHICH version of Outlook?

Is this for a free or Plus (paid) Hotmail account? If paid, why not use
the POP and SMTP mail hosts instead of using HTTP access method?

Did you yet installed the Outlook Connector add-on available for
download from Microsoft? Does not work in pre-2003 versions of Outlook.
