Outlook Express 2007

Marsha

I have Outlook Express 2003 at my office but 2007 at home. I tried to link my
hotmail account to 2007 and am getting the following error:
Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'This operation is not permitted for this type of
client.', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 1203, Error Number:
0x800CCCF7

Anyone know why and how I fix it.......I don't know anything about the 2007
version and have never used either one of them on my home computer

Oy vey (or just Oy), a Yiddish exclamation of chagrin, dismay, exasperation
or pain (also used in colloquial American English, due to influence from

You are mixing up two very different programs--Outlook and Outlook
Express. You are calling it Outlook Express, but if it's the 2003 and
2007 versions you are talking about, what you really mean is Outlook,
not Outlook Express.
