Outlook Express

I am trying to make outlook work with my hotmail acount, since MSN is not working, and their tech support will not listen to me or try to help me. I have tried using the Outlook Wizard to set up the acount, but it always keeps asking me for my address and password, even though they are both right, I have checked them and retyped them many times, also ocasionally I get this error :

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Authorization Required', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC32

Any suggestions??

Check out the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for MSN. It is
available with MSN 9 and you can download just that. It works wonderfully.

in outlook tools,acounts ,add ,mail, and type in your
info for hotmail.and it should also put the web address in
when you choose hotmail.

Ok, why should I have to pay more, just to use hotmail with Outlook, when I am already paying god knows how much for MSN, and it doesn't even work?
