Page not found - refresh button greyed

Hi,
I have the IE page not found problem. I am using IE 6.0 on
Windows XP Home Edition.
The refresh button on page not found is greyed out. Does
this mean shodclc.dll is corrupted ? I do have connection.
I can use MSN Messenger and download using Windows Updates.
I tried WinsockFix - didn't work.
I tried SpyBot to remove all spywares but it fix IE.
I tried sfc /scannow didn't work.
Any solutions appreciated.

You may need to fix your registry:

1) Restores the missing Tabs in IE (usually spyware related)
2) Unlocks the grayed-out Home Page section
3) Removes the Administrator message in Internet Options
