"Page not found" when I open internet explorer

Chris

When i open an IE it gives me the "page not found" page
and if I then hit the refresh or home buttons it loads
the page successfully. I tried deleting the cookies and
temporary internet files as somebody in this channel told
me but there is no difference. I still cannot see my
homepage when i open IE.

Also i cannot login to my hotmail inbox when i click on
the link from MSN messenger, i get the same "page not
found". if u know anything else please give me some help.

I am using windows XP and i am connected to the internet
through LAN. I hope it is not any virus or anything.
Thanx!
