Network Diagnostics Tools

when "scan your system" is clicked in Network Diagnostics Tools in windows xp
sp2 it gave error "cannot display the page". what could be the possible cause
 
Are you using IE7 Beta?

This is an IE7 specific problem. Does reverting back to IE6 help?
