I am struggling to just print from one! Sorry, I know this
doesn't address your question, but how do I set-up
printing for a local printer, and how do I enable their
local hard drive to show up on the server?

Sam,
If you have a local printer defined as your default
printer, you should be able to print to it from Terminal
Services. Depending on what printer you have, you may have
to set it up on the server as well using, oh let's say
lpt3. In other words, the server needs to have the same
driver as your desktop. As far as enabling your hard drive
to show up on the server, are you viewing the server in
full screen mode? If so, all you need to do to see your
desktop is hit the Windows key or ctrl+esc. You can't see
your local drive from the terminal server.
