Hi, I am using Windows 2003 server as a Terminal Server. I have installed all the printer drivers on the terminal server. When connecting via RDP, user can see network printer, but when prints the print job sits in the printer queue no print comes out of the printer. Is there a limit for number of printers that can be setup? We currently have 51.

You can try this :
1.Install same drivers on server and client
2.Client must log off from terminal server, not just pres x to exit.
3.Make batch script to restart print spooler every 1 hour
4.Delete unused drivers

There is allways problems with RDP printing, Best solution is use commercial solution. Too much printers on server could lead to system crash.
I am using TSPrint tool, no driver nedeed and works great. You can visit http://terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing/
