can not disable programs in selective srart or safe mode,
and can not delete registry keys ,they instantly return
on restart.

Download HiJackThis and run it. The prog lists things and if you know
enough, you can see which entries are bogus and what to delete - along with
exes for them.

If you aren't that sure, go to www.winguides.com and get Tweak Manager which
will allow you to do things to help.
