Ms Outlook has encountered a problem...

Hello,

Regularly -but not always- I have this error message: Ms Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to be closed. We are sorry etc...

I use Win XP with OL 2003, it has always worked correctly until a few weeks
ago. That is very annoying.

Someone could tell me why this happens and how to solve this problem?

Hi Judy,

Sorry, but I cannot find it. If I go go Help, I get "troubleshooting network
and dialup connections", then a long list of possibilities, but I never get
"run Office diagnostics". As for detect and reapir (directly from search), it
gives Netsh command for DHCP which I have no idea about.

Could you please be more specific or give me other options? It keeps giving
me this error.
