Outlook Encountered a Problem

Hi all. it seems that there a LOTS of folks having the same problem, possibly
with different causes, but the problem is the same.
We have a very small office.
Small Business Server and MS Exchange, with Outlook 2003 on the client
computers, with XP pro, etc. We use NOD32 and have CRM web and Outlook
client installed (whole other litany of problems)
#1 user gets the message "Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close" very frequently - 20 times a day.
#2 user gets the same message once and a while - from 10 times a day to 1
per day.
#3 user hardly ever gets the same message, but still does = not immune.

We seem to get the problem upon replying or forwarding a message.

This 'started' as a problem several months ago, and has become progressively
worse - now debilitating.
I've read the posts, and all seem to suggest a variety of answers, none of
which seem to apply to us.

Done the repair process....
done the archive process....
No progress

Any thoughts? anyone?

What is being logged to the Event Viewer?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
