Guys I some season techs to let me know what came 1st the mobo or the
cpu. If you have a bad cpu and put it in a good board will the board go
bad or if you have a bad board w/ a good cpu would the cpu go bad?
reason for my question is I was never able to truely test this theory of
mine and always got conflicting stories. I have some boards and cpu's I
was going through. I found a cpu's and mothers board and the one that
worked, w/ mobo and cpu. I took the cpu out and place it in another MB
that should have been around the same speed most of my boards where amd
duran capable and the cpu is a duran, will it didn't work so I place the
cpu back in the what was the working combo now I'm not getting a post.
I'm assuming the MB that didn't work cause the cpu to over heat and now
it's not working.
thanks.
