mast installation problem

trying to download the new microsoft antispyware. I
can't get pass the validation tool. I'm able to get pass
the validation tool but when i download the program and
try to install it I get an error message, the error
message says error reading initialization file. It
happened twice when I save it, and it also happened when
I tried to run it,I would really appreciate help with this

In control panel Internet Options, empty your Temporary Internet Files, and
then download a fresh copy of the installer from Microsoft. You will need
to go through the validation process again, but it should be quicker the
second and subsequent times. Run the freshly downloaded copy of the
installer.
