Installation error - "error reading setup initialization file"

After downloading the file, when I try to install the
Antispyware package, I get an error that says "error
reading setup initialization file". Any ideas why I
would have this error or what I can do to fix it?

Redo the download. Be sure to save it locally and then run it by double
clicking on the download. Don't choose to run the download directly.
