Problem downloading from Microsoft.com

If I go to www.microsoft.com and follow the link to download Microsoft
AntiSpyware,
http://g.msn.com/mh_mshp/98765?http...pyware+(Beta)&CM=PopularPicks&CE=popDownloads I
seem to be getting an error message saying that the download I requested is
not available, either immediately or when I click on the button to validate
Windows.
I have been able to get further sometimes but not every time. Spent an hour
this evening trying to update my son's PC without getting any further than
this error.
Is this a problem with load on the download site or something else?

I believe this is a load issue with the download site, or some bit of
infrastructure between us and the servers. I've seen this myself--repeating
the attempt a few dozen times eventually got me a slot in the traffic.
