set up initializing file error message-antispyware download

WHen I try to download antispyware beta, I get error message that says "error
reading set up initializing file". Anyone know what this means and how I can
download the antispyware software? thanks

Hi iJosie;
Follow plun's advice:

House clean your PC with CCleaner and remove
all junk. www.ccleaner.com

Download MSAS again and choose to save file NOT run it
from MS. After download run setup.
