Receive "Error Reading Setup Initialization File" message
when attempting to Run Antispyware download or install
from Saved download. Have disabled Norton. Any
suggestions?

.try using downloaded installation programs in c/windows

open the program it usely has microsoft antispyware listed
open and you see windows installer package run it from
there this worked great for me,it wasnt installing from
the desktop due to error gsainstallhelper.exe,but it
worked fine from the c/windows/downloaded installation
program folder.

Try downloading via a different ISP, if possible. Do save it, and then run
the saved file.

Clear temp files, and temporary internet files.

Don't have a silver bullet for this one--some folks report success after
several tries.
