Job stuck in the queue, can't delete

Hello All,

I have a print job that is stuck in the queue. The status says deleting byt
the job won't go away. This is on a W2K emember server in a NT 4.0 domain
acting as a Network Printer server. How can I get rid of the job.

Typically, the only way that we've been able to get rid of
these print jobs is to power down the printer, delete the
print jobs, and then power up the printer.
