Event ID 61 - Print jobs stuck on 'spooling'

I have an issue with print jobs intermittently getting stuck on "spooling". Random print queues on a Win2003 server. Event ID 61 is logged for the particular queue. Stopping/Starting spooler will kick the jobs off again without issue.

Event Log Example :
"The document Fw: Mother's Day 2005 Radio Rec owned by USERNAME failed to print on printer MW000WP06-06054. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 0. The operation completed successfully."

Server Info :
Compaq DL380 G2
Windows 2003
2GB Mem
11GB Free Drive Space on C: (spooler drive)
440 Print Queues (only 15-20 being used at any one time)
