printing Win32 error event 61

The document Test Page owned by davetest failed to print.
Win32 error code returned by the print processor:
3765269347 (0xe06d7363).

I see that I am not alone in the searh for this fix. This
error occured after our server stopped responding had to
power down and restart. Now a HPDJ 935C connected via a
Jetdirect 500X is giving me this Win32 error on the server
when a user tries to print. As some as it starts spooling
the print job it changes to Deleting the job. If you have
Admin rights there is no problem printing to it.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer at the server(2K
server w/SP3) and workstation(2K pro w/SP3) still not
working. If I add Admin rights to the user they can print
with no problem. Would appericate any help.
