win32 error code 3765269347

I have a desktop and laptop on a LAN. The desktop has a
locl HP OfficeJet printer shared to the laptop. Recently,
printing to the shared printer from the laptop stopped
working. I found a message in the System folder of the
Event Viewer of System Tools of Computer Management on the
desktop machine which reads "The document xxx owned by
yyyy failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the
print processor: 3765269347 (0xe06d7363)."

I found article 810647 on the MS Knowledge Base which
talks about this event after SP3. However, both systems
are SP4 + all maintenance.

Anyone ever seen something like this?

Yep have a client with same problem. It is a permission problem as yo
can print as either administrator or creator owner of the print queue.

To get around I added the external user to local admins. Until I ge
another fix.
