Importing Outlook 2003 to Windows Mail

Three questions please

1. I have gone through the process of importing my Outlook 2003 into
Windows Mail. I now have all of the folders and e-mail under "Imported
Folder" when I wanted them under the WinMail Inbox - how can I get them
here.

2. Is there any way to import the Rules?

2. My standard e-mail address has saved the e-mail received on their
servers - this means some 6000 emails. Since they are there and I to a
Send/Receive in WinMail it wants to download all of them. I do not need
them as I already have them in the import. How can I get WinMail to start
downloading with a date certain. For example I would stop using Outlook and
move to WinMail immediately and start downloading the latest e-mail only.

I would appreciate any help someone can give.

Go to the imported folder and select all the messages and right click on the
selection and choose Move to and select the inbox. Or drag them all into
it.

Not from Outlook

You can't. There is no provision for downloading after a certain date.
