dell dimension 9100 sony dvd-rom has quit working on daughters new computer.
device manager states equipment is working properly. I checked admin event
veiwer and it has repeated error/warnings" IMAPI cd burning com Service
entered stop state". dvd rom has power to it , will start to read and stops,
prompts to enter disc and will eject disc on command. Any suggestions or was
there a software update? thanks
