I'm on a dell inspiron 6000 laptop w/ a SONY DVD+-RW DW-Q58A

I was in the middle of burning a cd in itunes, and then it stopped burning,
ejected my disc, and then no longer recognized any blank discs nor anything
with data on it. I ran the diagnostics, and this is what it gave me. I have
no idea what it means or what I should do.

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may
interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel
chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while
importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your
computer or motherboard.
