How to remote access multiple servers

I have seen someone install TS on one of the domain
servers and then he is able to use "remote desktop
connection client" to login and access all other member
servers under that domain.

What I remember is he had TS installed in DC server. And
then he use "remote desktop connection client" from any
client machine to connect to this DC. After the connection
made, he brings up a server list which has all the member
servers on it, and then he can choose which member server
he want to remote login and access to. This allows him to
remote access to any particular member server just like he
has TS installed on that member server too.

Is there anyone knows how to do that?

Thanks a lot.

What they do is open port 3389 on their firewall to point to one internal server, Remote Desktop to that machine using the firewalls WAN IP Address, the open Remote Desktop Sessions from that session to any other server on that network.
