How much CPU for Vista

I am buying a new PC with a low budget
but don't know the minimum requirements for Microsoft Vista
CPU
RAM
etc.

I would personally opt for 2GHz or faster processor, 2+GB of system memory,
128MB or more video card (non-integrated), and an 80+GB hard disk drive. It
wouldn't be the fastest - but it would run vista a whole heap better than
the minimums.
