A CPU replacement will work for me?

Hi everyone,
My rather old system cοnsists of a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H, an intel i5 3570K 3.40GHz 4 Core CPU, 8 Gb RAM, GeForce GT630 and 120Gb SSD Drive. I am working mostly with Autocad and Music Software and till now I was good. Lately I started working with REVIT and V-RAY and its really hard. I dont have the money to buy a new PC so I wonder if a used Intel Core i7-3770K and a new graphics card would increase my system's performance without getting out of budget

First, upgrade the memory to 16Gb ram.

I would suggest running benchmarks on your PC to see where your bottlenecks are. There are plenty of tools out there that can measure your system's performance.
