How do I set Outlook 2003 to dial in when send/recieve is clicked

How do I set outlook 2003 to dial in when send/receive is clicked and hang up
when finished.

You can specify this in your account properties when pressing More
Options... and additional options in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup
