Oultook sending out question

I have a new DSL fe-mail that I am using with outlook to receive, but when I
send out using Oultool I still send it using my old MSN dial up. How can I
fix this so my default sending out e-mail is my new email? Where I do that?

Edit the account that you defined in Outlook. Change the settings for
the outgoing (SMTP) mail server.

Where do I change that setting, specifically? I have Office 2007 (i,e,,
Outlook 2007)

Tools>Account Settings>E-mail Accounts. Select the account and click Change.

I made he changes, also changed is as advised from ATT.
Let me ask, do I also have to do corresponding changes elsewhere, like in
the Internet Properties dialog box? I notice that I still have there "MSN
(default"? Should I leave this like that, or should I delete that? Even
thought I still want to receive my MSN e-mails, I eventually might cancel
that suscription.
Please advise if anohter setting elsewhere might be involved.
Also: NOw that I changed the settings, I get a continuous dialog box from
Outlook all the time asking me to writhe the password, and it does not even
works, how can I get rid of this if it is not necessary?
