Outlook 2003; can receive but can't send

ISP is bellsouth.net

Can send and receive e-mail with outlook on home DSL wireless system and
through dial-up. But can only receive (can't send) with new laptop wireless
card. Get error message something like "outgoing mail server couldn't be
found or timed out"...etc.)

P.S. Same thing happens in WIFI locations.

What are you connecting to with the wireless card?

Have you checked bellsouth.net's help documentation for how to use their
SMTP server when not connected to their network?
