Automatically dialling on send and recieve

I am using Outlook 2003, windows XP and MacAfee Firewall.

I would like Outlook to be able to automatically dial up after Send/Recieve,
without having to select the dial button.

Firewall is set to allow full access to Outlook.

Previous version 2000 used to dial up without having to 'confirm' the dial
up proceedure.

IE manages to connect on 'connect automatically', any ideas on how I can get
Outlook to behave in the smae way?

There is not an Outlook setting that controls this. This is an OS issue.
This is controlled in the properties of your dial up connection.
